ORDERING AND PRICING INFORMATION

 

You can order either a Craftsman or Urban Series plan by calling us directly

All plan sales are final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.

Your plans will be shipped via XpressPost or Expedited Parcel within five days of receiving your order or upon completion of customization work.  Shipping and handling charges vary from $20 - $50 depending on your region and shipping method as detailed below:

What is included?

Ten sets of the following drawings are supplied at scale 1/4”=1'0”:

  • exterior elevations (4)
  • foundation plan and notes
  • main floor plan and notes
  • loft/second floor plans
  • roof plan and notes
  • floor framing plans and notes
  • electrical plans and notes
  • building sections (2)
  • building details
  • door and hardware schedule
  • window schedule
  • room finish and millwork schedule
  • schematic site plan
  • All units are designed with a concrete foundation for either a full basement or a crawlspace. Optional foundation types include pier and slab foundations. Walk-out foundations are considered custom, and subject to hourly revision rates.  Alll foundation types must be reviewed with your local engineer to suit soil and drainage conditions.
  • All working drawings are available in complete mirror (reversed) images.  All text and dimensions are mirrored for ease of reading and convenience.  Be sure to note on the order form if you require reverse plans.
  • Copyright of these plans remains with Robinson Residential Design Inc.  Duplication of these plans in whole or in part is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Robinson Residential Design Inc.
  • Our plans have been updated to meet the requirements of the International Residential Code and the Ontario Building Code (our Ontario Building Code Identification Number is 28128). Any plans that are shipped to Ontario also include the necessary paperwork for building permits.
