This series features a craftsman facade that has been carefully detailed featuring tapered stone veneer, arched windows, a canopy with brackets and tapered column supporting the covered entrance.

A large foyer gives easy access to the den and main floor. The open living area features a large island in the kitchen, fireplace in the great room and dining area surrounding by windows. The plan offers a covered deck off the kitchen for barbecuing and a deck off the great room for entertaining.

All bedrooms are on the second floor separated from the main floor by a loft. The vaulted ceiling of the loft allow for the arched windows that give a view to the front yard. The loft is a versatile space which can be used for watching television, additional entertaining space or as a play room for the kids. All of the bedrooms open from a central space with easy access to the laundry room.
